Service Cancellation

You may cancel a service agreement with us under the following conditions:

  • If cancellation is requested before services have commenced, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the stage of planning and any work already completed

  • The amount of any refund will depend on the amount of work already completed and expenses incurred

Refund Policy

Refunds may be available in the following circumstances:

  • If we are unable to provide the agreed-upon services due to circumstances beyond your control
  • If you cancel before services have begun and we have not incurred significant costs
  • If services provided do not meet the agreed-upon specifications and cannot be rectified

Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 14-30 business days using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Services that have been fully completed and delivered
  • Initial consultation fees if the consultation has been conducted
  • Custom design work that has been completed and approved
  • Costs paid to third-party suppliers or contractors on your behalf

Revision and Modification Policy

We understand that design preferences may change. We offer reasonable revisions to design plans within the scope of the original agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

Modification requests should be submitted in writing, and we will work with you to accommodate reasonable changes to the design plan.

Dispute Resolution

Physical products must be returned in their original condition, unused and unopened, to be eligible for return or refund.
